The Role
We are looking for a Store Manager for our Zermatt boutique, located in the heart of the town’s main street. The store spans 500 sqm over two floors and is supported by a team of 4 Client Advisors. The Store Manager will be responsible for leading all store operations, delivering a top-tier customer experience, and executing innovative sales and digital engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
* Lead, coach, and motivate the team to achieve excellence.
* Ensure alignment with sales techniques and company standards.
* Conduct daily briefings and monitor team performance.
Clienteling & Customer Experience
* Drive customer loyalty through advanced clienteling strategies.
* Use CRM tools to create personalized offers and invite clients to exclusive events.
Digital Retail & CRM
* Leverage digital tools and CRM to build lasting customer relationships.
* Analyze customer data to plan targeted promotions and outreach.
Social Retail & Engagement
* Manage the boutique’s digital presence, including reels and styling tips.
* Use social media as a sales channel to grow and engage the client base.
Training & Development
* Organize regular training sessions on selling techniques and new collections.
* Promote a personalized, client-first approach across the team.
Operational Excellence
* Oversee daily operations, stock control, visual merchandising, and customer service.
* Track KPIs and adjust sales strategies to meet targets.
Requirements
* Proven experience in clienteling and CRM in a luxury retail setting.
* Strong knowledge of digital retail and omnichannel strategies.
* Excellent leadership skills and a goal-oriented mindset.
* Passion for fashion and an eye for detail.
* English fluency is essential; knowledge of Italian, German, or French is a strong advantage.
