Team leader technology transfer
AliveDx is a commercial‑stage diagnostics company advancing blood grouping and donor disease screening solutions for safer transfusions worldwide. We are looking for a Team Lead, Technology Transfer to drive the successful industrialisation of new products and processes within our Product & Tech Transfer department.
YOUR MISSION
* Develop, validate, and implement analytical methods supporting product development, manufacturing, and release.
* Lead end‑to‑end technology transfers for new products, processes, and equipment.
* Ensure robust design transfer into manufacturing, delivering validated processes ready for commercial production.
* Oversee GMP documentation, QMS records, NC/CAPA/Change Controls, and validation batch execution.
* Collaborate closely with R&D, IPD, Manufacturing, QA/QC, and IT to ensure operational readiness.
* Guide, develop, and coach a team of Tech Transfer specialists, fostering excellence and continuous improvement.
YOUR COMPETENCIES
* Degree in Life Sciences or Engineering.
* Experience in pharma, biotech, or medical devices within a GMP environment.
* Strong background in process development or manufacturing technical support.
* Skills in statistics, Lean/Six Sigma, problem‑solving, and data analysis.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
