It is an operational hands-on role in addition to communication and reporting requirements.
About The Role
As MMS Controller EMEA you will play a vital role in implementing our financial strategies across the EMEA region. You will collaborate closely with regional teams to stimulate growth and profitability and ensure that financial operations are efficient and effective.
Main Responsibilities
* Define the overall financial strategy of the business for EMEA in collaboration with the EMEA VP/GM.
* Collaborate with Country Business Leaders and regional teams to implement financial strategies.
* Drive sales and OIBT growth at country and regional levels.
* Monitor key business drivers (KDG) and provide fact-based business partnering.
* Lead projects to drive incremental value for the region/business.
* Develop and implement Value Based Pricing strategies; evaluate price-related risks and opportunities and set priorities.
* Ensure accurate financial reporting and optimize the MMS Balance Sheet.
* Collaborate with Supply Chain to reduce E&O and improve cash flow.
Planning Process
* Collaborate with MMS Leadership Teams to develop the annual Business Plan and mid/long-term strategic, operational, and financial plans.
* Prepare and validate quarterly forecasts; monitor financial performance.
* Work with BU Leadership to address gaps with corrective actions.
* Analyze risks and opportunities and develop mitigation plans to support fact-based decision making.
* Coordinate major capital expenditure projects; develop payback and IRR/MIRR calculations.
Reporting Process
* Lead all aspects of financial planning processes.
* Manage WW and regional reporting, working with BP&A resources.
* Ensure effective flow of information within the business, EMEA, and WW organizations.
* Develop and implement accounting policies and practices.
* Liaise with external audit (Ernst & Young) for audits and controls.
About You
Proven financial leadership with strong partnering skills. You should be able to drive financial performance and implement strategies. Requirements include:
* Degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting or related field; accounting certification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA) preferred.
* Extensive experience in financial management, preferably within a multinational company.
* Ability to articulate long-range vision and strategy.
* Strong analytical skills and data-driven insights.
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
* Proven track record in leading financial projects and initiatives.
* Proficiency in financial reporting and forecasting.
* Ability to navigate complex environments and influence decision-making.
* Experience in pricing strategy development and implementation.
* Solid understanding of financial regulations and standard methodologies.
* Ability to identify and mitigate financial risks.

Work Location and Benefits
Primary location: CHE Eysins - Business Park Terre-Bonne. On-site collaboration is prioritized; most roles require a minimum of 4 days in-office per week unless otherwise indicated. BD offers a competitive compensation and benefits package; salary ranges depend on location, experience and applicable agreements.
Salary Range Information: CHF181,400.00 - CHF326,500.00 per year.
