To strengthen our service team, we are looking for a:Customer Service Specialist (100%)TasksAs a Customer Specialist, you ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality, fast, and efficient service. You build and maintain a trusting relationship by responding to various customer inquiries as quickly as possible and managing all interactions with customers: orders, proof approvals, item creation, sales prices, etc.- Coordinate customer visits and communicate inventory levels to customers and manage invoices- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, logistics, etc.) to find solutions- Track key performance indicators and forward customer feedback to the appropriate departments- Participate in the creation, maintenance, and optimization of processes as well as departmental projectsProfile- Proven multi-year experience in the front and back office of a customer service department- Bilingual French/German: it is mandatory that you speak German fluently (at a native or negotiation level) and ideally have knowledge of French.- Good knowledge of English and familiarity with CRM tools- Strong communication and negotiation skills as well as a confident demeanor- Solution-oriented working style with high attention to detail- Team spirit and independence- Willingness to conduct customer visits (mainly in Switzerland).Are you ready to make an active contribution to the success of NiD in a varied working environment?Send us your complete application documents (CV, work references, and diplomas) directly via our portal. jidbea77ecaen jit0520aen jpiy26aen
