The FIA is looking for a proactive and organised Accounts Payable Accountant to join its Performance team. This position offers a great opportunity to develop your accounting skills in a dynamic and international environment. You will play a key role in supporting the daily management of financial operations — from processing invoices and handling vendor queries, to participating in monthly closings and department-wide improvement projects.
MISSIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Management of employees Travel ExpensesBook Purchase Orders and Non-Purchase Orders invoicesFollow up on Purchase orders issuesReview and validation of Purchase requestsHandle vendors and internal stakeholders’ queries through different mailboxesParticipation in annual closing activitiesRecording closing entriesParticipation in various department projects in line with the objectives of improving the productivity and efficiency of accounting process
PROFILE:
Degree in accounting2 years of experience in accounts payable is mandatoryEnglish and French proficiency (min C1)Proactive and adaptable in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentConfidentiality, thoroughnessProficiency in ERP system (ideally Sage X3)Proficiency on Microsoft packAbility to collaborate effectively across departmentsDetail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance
