* Responsibility for client accounting from an operational point of view
* Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
* Perform reconciliations from foreign GAAP to CO
* Take care of consolidations, VAT statements, reporting and controlling
* Take over the management of customer projects and be the contact person for our customers
* Lead and coach team members in the respective clients
* Optimize processes and workflows to increase efficiency Keep up to date with new developments and best practices in finance and accounting
* Maintain a positive and collaborative working atmosphere within the team
* Expert in Accounting and Controlling, Certified Fiduciary Expert, Certified Public Accountant,
* Master's degree with specialisation in Finance & Controlling or equivalent (also possible in training)
* Dynamic personality with team spirit and a high level of quality awareness
* Strong flair for numbers and analytical thinking
* Proven several years of professional experience in finance/financial controlling or fiduciary
* Experience in consolidation and statistical accounting as well as payroll is an advantage but not a must
* Sound knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER and IFRS, US GAAP is an advantage but not a must
* Very good knowledge of German and good English
* skills Affinity for IT applications, adept handling of financial applications such as Abacus, SAP, MS
* Business Central, O365, etc.
