Job Title: Group Financial Operations Manager
Description: We are seeking an experienced and skilled finance professional to join our team as a Group Financial Operations Manager.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day financial operations of multiple entities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting across the group.
* Liaise with finance teams and local controllers across jurisdictions to coordinate consolidated financial processes and ensure high-quality group reporting.
* Lead the implementation and optimization of financial systems, including automation of reporting, internal control frameworks, and data governance.
* Coordinate audits and prepare statutory financial statements under various accounting standards.
* Prepare and file tax returns and manage correspondence with external tax advisors and authorities.
* Track investments, manage cash flow forecasts, and monitor performance benchmarks across portfolio entities.
* Support capital calls, fund distributions, and group-level liquidity and treasury planning.
* Contribute to commercial and legal structuring by assessing the financial implications of investment transactions.
* Ensure full compliance with internal policies and group-wide organizational frameworks.
Requirements:
* Degree in Finance or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, preferably in a leadership role.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
