About the Role
As an internationally operating organization, we are looking for an experienced professional to strengthen and further develop a central HR services function.
In this role, you will take ownership of improving existing HR structures and processes with a clear focus on reliability, transparency, and efficiency in day-to-day operations. The objective is to simplify workflows, ensure critical knowledge is retained within the organization, and establish a solid foundation for future requirements.
This is a time-bound assignment (12–18 months) with clear expectations to deliver tangible and sustainable improvements in an international environment.

1. Further develop and simplify HR processes across the entire employee lifecycle
2. Structure and align HR activities within the local organization to ensure clarity and efficiency
3. Ensure a stable and fully internally managed payroll process
