Join our global Programme Management Organization (PMO) and take a key leadership role in driving customer excellence and strategic growth. As Global Lead Programme Manager based on site at our Headquarters in Kaiseraugst youll lead a team of experienced Programme Managers shaping how we deliver value to our international clients across the life sciences industry.
Take the lead in delivering strategic value and operational excellence uniting global teams and customers through science and partnership
Your Area of Impact
* Lead coach and inspire a global team of Programme Managers fostering collaboration accountability and continuous development
* Oversee customer account allocation and ensure balanced workload distribution and high-quality delivery across the team
* Serve as a senior escalation point for customers and internal stakeholders resolving issues quickly and effectively
* Drive excellence in project and programme execution through adherence to best practices data integrity and client engagement principles
* Champion customer centricity ensuring a consistently positive client experience across all touchpoints
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize quality efficiency and cost effectiveness within the PMO
* Partner closely with Sales Operations and Analytical Study Management to strengthen customer relationships and grow accounts
* Host client visits and audits representing the companys scientific and operational capabilities with confidence and professionalism
* Support strategic business transformation initiatives and contribute to shaping the future direction of the PMO
Your Profile
You are an experienced leader with a strong scientific foundation and a passion for customer success. You bring :
* A degree in Life Sciences (PhD, MSc or BSc) PMP certification is an advantage10 years of relevant experience in the life science CRO / CDMO or GMP-regulated environment
* Proven success in managing complex multi-site programmes and customer portfolios
* Strong customer-facing and relationship management expertise at executive level
* Demonstrated leadership and line management experience (8 years experience managing a global team) including performance management and team development
* Excellent communication and influencing skills with the confidence to engage in strategic and challenging discussions
* High commercial acumen and a strong understanding of project and business dynamics
* A proactive solutions-oriented mindset able to balance strategy with hands-on delivery
* A collaborative leadership style fostering trust teamwork and continuous improvement.
