Your responsibilities include:
* Managing and coordinating the Room Service outlet
* Optimizing service procedures and workflows
* Training and developing the team
* Preparing for high‑standard service operations
* Providing attentive guest service and care
* Performing Maître de Rang duties in the various service outlets of the hotel
* Advising guests on food and beverage selections
* Ensuring compliance with and implementation of LQA service standards
What defines you:
* Completed training as a certified restaurant specialist (EFZ) or a degree from a hotel management school
* You are an energetic, well‑groomed person who enjoys engaging with guests
* You enjoy working in a team
* You are flexible, resilient, responsible, detail‑oriented, and customer‑focused
* Good knowledge of French and English; German is an advantage
