The CSFO is a specialized agency of the cantons (EDK) and is supported by the (SERI).Your tasks:As an HR generalist, you accompany and assist managers and the CSFO in all matters related to human resources and labor law. This ranges from routine tasks to supporting changes. Within the scope of your activities, you take charge of all tasks related to the employee life cycle, from recruitment to departure management, including consulting, and are in regular contact with our contacts at the Personnel Office of the Canton of Bern as well as with other services and insurance companies. You work in tandem with another HR specialist at the CSFO, ensure their replacement, and can count on regular exchanges within the team.
