To set up Monte Carlo dose calculation environment able to simulate the unique in-house built pencil beam scanning proton therapy gantry at PSI
To perform retrospective clinical data analysis and correlate treatment outcomes with dosiomics features
Your profile
Experience with using Monte Carlo dose calculation engines in radiotherapy
Working knowledge of python, matlab or c++
Good communication skills and willingness to work in a multi-disciplinary environment
English proficiency
Scientific communication skills (papers and presentations)
