WHAT YOU'LL DO
As Project Manager - Luxury Residential, you'll manage the execution of a luxury residential project in southern Arizona. This includes installing a custom pool, modular guest houses, and related infrastructure on a desert site. You'll work closely with modular vendors, local contractors, and permitting agencies to bring the site to life on time and within budget.
WHO YOU ARE
Residential project expert with strong experience in building pools, homes, and site amenities
Schedule-driven executor who keeps trades on track and budgets aligned
Prefabrication-savvy, understanding modular installs and site preparation for them
Field-ready professional comfortable coordinating subs and resolving issues in real time
Effective communicator and planner, aligning stakeholders, reporting proactively, and anticipating risks
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage construction of pool, modular guest units, and landscaping
Coordinate permitting, subcontractors, material delivery, and vendor installation
Align timelines and budgets with the VP of Land Development
Interface with modular manufacturers and ensure site readiness for delivery
Track field updates, delays, and cost impacts
Ensure quality and safety standards throughout the project
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
5+ years in residential construction or land development, ideally with modular/PB experience
Proven ability to manage pools, accessory units, and complex logistics in desert climates
Experience with permitting, inspections, and scheduling subcontractors
Excellent organization and accountability skills
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Google Sheets)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Willingness to work onsite in southern Arizona throughout the construction duration
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
An aggressive base salary will be provided, along with a lucrative bonus plan based on performance. Full medical benefits are included. Options/equity will be offered to suitable candidates after the first 90 days. The role offers opportunities for advancement in role, function, and pay.
