Responsibilities
Lead CX digitization projects with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Strengthen project teams with confident, empathetic leadership and inspire customers.
Take program management responsibilities in large projects and coordinate partner companies.
Analyze and advise customers on optimizing processes, organization, and customer experiences; focus on best practices, use cases, and data strategies in sales.
Maintain scope, budget, resources, schedule, and quality.
Contribute presales know-how and support the sales team.
Qualifications
5-10 years of experience in IT projects or consulting, ideally as an external service provider.
Hands-on mentality – bring projects to completion.
Strong competence in stakeholder and expectation management.
Communicative and confident at all levels – from clerk to CEO.
Enthusiasm for CRM processes (Sales, Marketing, Service, Field Service) and CX topics.
Customer centricity is a given.
Very good German and English skills.
High self-motivation, eagerness to learn, and enthusiasm for new technologies.
