YOUR CHALLENGE
* You bring extensive experience in delivering and managing business rule engine based systems, preferably in the area of financial instrument suitability respectively pre trade validation for financial transactions. Hereby you have a broad understanding of business oriented solutions for the order process and at the same time are experienced with IT solutions supporting those including the software development process for these systems.
* You will work closely together with the Program Lead and the Business Rule Engine Application Responsible and take ownership of sub projects / sub products acting as one of the project leads who keeps track of the project and possible issues while adhering to the project budget.
* You will be responsible for the requirements engineering and could help developing solutions.
YOUR PROFILE
* Requirements engineering
* System architecture
* System engineering on JAVA technology stack
* Good understanding of integrating REST web service technologies
* Product management (e.g. Product Owner)
* Project management
* Experience with Actico Platform is desirable
* Beneficial: Business Rule Management (modelling, management, and implementation)
* Fluent English language skills, and German is a big plus
Beneficial: Software engineering skills in Java & DevOps
* Experience with Git and Gitlab for version control
* Experience with Eclipse for development and debugging
* Experience with Oracle DB and SQL
Education:
* Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
* Relevant certifications (e.g. Requirement Engineering, Agile/Scrum) are a plus
* Beneficial: Certifications, training on Visual Rules / Actico Rules are a plus
Softskills:
* Reliable with strong communication skills and a teamwork mindset
* Commitment with drive and passion for ownership with a proactive attitude
* Ability to analyse complex problems and defining a solution path while focusing on an e2e solution and client needs
