We are looking immediately or by arrangement for a
Finance Manager (m/w/d) 80%
4 days per week
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the operational accounting, reporting and tax compliance as per statutory accounting regulations (Swiss Code of Obligations OR) as well as corporate accounting requirements (IFRS)
2. Execution of the monthly closing and reporting processes
3. Key contact for the financial auditors and responsible for year-end closing
4. Ensuring effectiveness of the financial internal control system
5. Collaborate with relevant corporate functions to cope with legal, tax, accounting and reporting requirements
6. Preparation of ad-hoc financial analyses and reporting
7. Be direct manager for one finance assistant
8. Execution of forecasting and budgeting processes in alignment with relevant stakeholders on local and corporate level
9. Trade working capital management
10. Responsible for the preparation, reconciliation and filing of VAT returns
Profile description:
11. Bachelor's degree Business/Finance/Accounting or equivalent qualification (e.g. Fachausweis im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, Fachausweis Treuhand)
12. Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing the operational accounting / finance activities
13. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a corporate environment
14. Advanced knowledge of Swiss accounting standards and solid experience in IFRS reporting
15. Full professional proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
Good to have (not a must):
16. Experience with the Proffix ERP-system
17. Experience with consolidation systems (e.g. Tagetik, COGNOS)
