OASIA stands for the Asian oasis in Kehrsatz. We combine traditional Thai massage with selected techniques from Bali and other Asian massage traditions – in a calm, high-quality and clearly non-erotic environment.
To prepare for our opening, we are looking for an experienced Thai masseuse who will take on organizational responsibility in addition to the treatment.
* Place of work: Kehrsatz (BE)
* Workload: 80–100 % (by arrangement)
* Start: by appointment / Preparation for opening 01.01.2027
* Implementation of traditional Thai massages (wellness & relaxation)
* Technical management of the company
* Introduction, support and quality assurance of the staff
* Participation in the development of: Standards of care & Hygiene and process concepts
* Appointment organization and daily coordination
* Contact person for owners and team in day-to-day operations
Your profile
* Completed training as a Thai masseuse (certified)
* Several years of professional experience
* Ideally experience in a managerial or responsible position
* Very high service and quality orientation
* German or English at the level of communication (other languages are an advantage)
