In the distribution and operations sector, we are looking for an experienced general accountant to ensure the complete accounting management of several sites.
Your tasks
- Ensure the general accounting of 5 branches
- Manage supplier and customer accounts
- Perform bank and accounting reconciliations
- Control receipts, payments and financial flows
- Monitor debtors and creditors
- Prepare VAT returns and ensure their compliance
- Prepare tax declarations and required administrative documents
- Carry out monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Prepare audit files and collaborate with external partners
- Produce financial reports for management
- Manage accounting up to the balance sheet
- Participate in the continuous improvement of accounting and administrative processes
Your profile
- Training in accounting, finance or commerce (CFC, federal diploma or equivalent training)
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Mastery of general accounting up to the balance sheet
- Very good knowledge of Swiss VAT and tax obligations
- Experience managing multiple entities or branches is an asset
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Excel
Software used
- Winbiz, Crésus, Bexio, Data management and integration tools, Microsoft Office, especially Excel
