JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Treasury Analyst to provide direct support to the Senior Finance Managers. This role plays a crucial part in managing the company’s capital structure, liquidity planning, and debt portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, financial modelling experience, and a solid understanding of corporate finance and treasury operations.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Support the Senior Finance Managers in managing the company’s short-term and long-term financing strategy.
* Assist with the execution of financing transactions including due diligence and documentation.
* Liaise with banks, rating agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and data exchange.
* Coordinate and oversee KYC and compliance requests from banks, brokers and other counterparties.
* Contribute to the preparation of financing reports, board materials, and presentations to the banks.
* Serve in a global support function as centre of excellence to regional Treasury centres and origin operations (remote as well as in-country).
* Assist in developing treasury policies and procedures related to financing strategy.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
* University degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or a related field
* 3+ years’ experience in finance, treasury, or banking with in-depth knowledge of financing and treasury processes and experience structuring and implementing international financing transactions
* Expertise in international banking products and foreign exchange
* International trade finance experience
* Prior work experience in an international environment, preferably in the commodities business
* Versed in corporate finance, commodity finance and project financing methodologies and application

* Ability to work goal oriented, self-contained and in a structured fashion
* Ability to work across business lines and different cultures
* Pronounced analytical and methodical strength, with natural drive/attitude to ask questions and suggest improvements
* Ability to navigate legal and corporate documentation to support projects.
* Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
* Capable of working and delivering under pressure
* Strong command of English - spoken and written; French and/or Spanish a plus
MISCELLANOUS:
* Permanent and full-time role
* Hybrid work model: up to 2 days of remote work per week permitted
* Location: Pully – Switzerland
* Starting date: As soon as possible
