In this position, you will contribute to transparent financial steering, provide valuable insights, and act as a trusted partner to the business.
This is where you'll excel You act as a controlling business partner for Global Functions such as R&D and IT, including monthly reporting, monitoring, analyses, and finance‑related support
You support annual cost center and project budgeting for the assigned functions
You serve as the central contact for finance and controlling questions and act as the link between functional departments and the finance community
You lead the group-wide investment controlling process, including stakeholder communication, data quality assurance, reporting, and decision‑making support for the Executive Board
You provide ad‑hoc analyses, contribute to operational and strategic projects, drive process improvements, and support the development and optimization of the reporting environment
These are the skills you'll need Degree or further education in accounting, controlling, or a related field
3 years of professional experience in Controlling; experience in R&D Controlling or Investment Controlling is considered a plus
Strong understanding of financial and controlling processes, with the ability to analyse, structure, and solve problems effectively
Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint; advanced knowledge of SAP S/4, SAP Business Warehouse, SAP Analytics, Power BI, or Excel VBA are an advantage
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, combined with a proactive, analytical, and team‑oriented personality; German or any other languages are an advantage
