We are looking for a welcoming and proactive Receptionist to join an international company in Lausanne.
As the first point of contact for employees, clients, and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a professional and friendly office environment.
You will also provide essential administrative support and contribute to the smooth running of daily office operations.
This is a part meme role - 3 days / week for a 6 months contract.
* Greet and assist visitors, manage check-in / out procedures, and issue access badges
* Answer and redirect incoming phone calls and emails professionally
* Maintain a tidy, welcoming reception and common areas aligned with our company standards
* Support the Office Manager with administrative tasks and office supply management
* Distribute mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing shipments
* Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding (equipment logistics, database updates)
* Coordinate with internal teams (HR, IT, Finance, L&D) when needed
* Contribute to the planning and organization of internal events and office activities
* Report maintenance and facility issues and ensure basic office upkeep
* Enforce health & safety protocols in the workplace
Your profile
* Previous experience in a similar role (Receptionist, Administrative Assistant) is a plus
* Fluent in English and French or Spanish (written and spoken)
* Comfortable with MS Office and general office tools
* Strong sense of organization, attention to detail, and discretion
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to multitask and manage priorities independently
* Team-oriented, reliable, and service-minded
* High school diploma or equivalent required
Salary CHF 60'000-70'000 for a 100%
