Our Program
We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Wealth Management Graduate Talent Program in Switzerland.
What you’ll get to
* build an understanding of the wealth management industry as well as our culture and strategy
* foster your investment expertise across all asset class’s by supporting our Investment Advisors
* collectively with an Investment Advisor consulting our clients along our house view
* analyze current market trends and develop your own investment idea that aligns with the bank’s views.
Your team
You’ll be working in our Wealth Management team. We’re responsible for advising wealthy high net worth individuals, families and entrepreneurs in Switzerland.
Your expertise
* has completed their bachelor's or master's degree within the last 18 months
* has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
* has values that align with ours hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
* is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
* is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
* is proficient in English and German
Start date September 1st, 2026
