We are seeking a Senior Director of Quality Governance to lead our quality management framework. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of GxP requirements and be able to establish and maintain quality governance standards, policies, and processes that align with regulatory requirements and organizational goals.
This role is responsible for fostering a culture of quality and compliance, providing strategic oversight to ensure operational excellence throughout all quality-related functions. The Senior Director, Quality Governance will work closely with key stakeholders to identify potential risk areas and remediate systemic issues.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of related experience in quality management in a healthcare industry or operations, with a proven track record of leading and developing people. They will also have strong personal leadership skills, including the ability to create an open and inviting environment and embrace generational differences.
The position requires a Bachelor's Degree in engineering, science, or business, with an advanced degree (MS) or MBA preferred. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the digital and data science landscape, as well as exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on various governance bodies, such as Quality Reviews, Management Performance Reviews, and Tier meetings. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance across the Quality Management System (QMS) through proactive analysis of actionable metrics to identify potential risks and opportunities for advancement.

Key Responsibilities:
* Establish and oversee a comprehensive governance framework for quality
