To support this development, we are looking for a qualified Mobile Engineering Lead to take ownership of our mobile platforms, spanning iOS and Android applications. Working alongside cross-functional teams of engineers and product managers, you will help bring digital products and features from conception to launch and beyond.
This role is central to driving online engagement with Forum members and constituents, delivering on the organization’s strategic vision to provide digital products that are recognized as best in the industry.
Reporting Lines & Interactions
Part of the Forum IT Team, the Mobile Engineering Lead reports to the Head of Engineering. You’ll be working closely with product managers, back-end engineers, and platform leads across the Forum’s digital product portfolio.
The successful candidate will be assessed on
Facilitate collaboration, communication, and decision-making between different engineering teams and stakeholders, including product managers, to ensure coherent and timely delivery.
Act as sponsoring coach and technical lead for mobile software engineers, promoting best practices, fostering a continuous learning culture, and supporting career growth.
Identify and evaluate new technologies and innovations for alignment with the mobile technology roadmap and business value, developing a strong point of view on what makes Forum products differentiated.
Own technical documentation design and author application-specific technical reports and papers, ensuring clarity and consiste
