Area Manager Pharma & Nutrition
You will be supporting customers mainly in the Swiss-German and French-German part of Switzerland. From a business development perspective, the company expects the development of the South-German market.
Your key responsibilities:
1. Cultivate partnerships with customers and suppliers to solve customer problems
2. Sourcing, search for new products and suppliers according to market demand
3. Grow designated accounts’ sales volume and maintain existing customer base
4. Monitor sales growth and new opportunities within designated accounts
5. Achieve or exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators
6. Identify potential customers and set approach strategies
7. Monitor overall customer satisfaction with our products and services
8. Participate in trade shows (Europe, China) and improvement of overall market share and profitability
9. Active participation in direct marketing activities
10. Maintain customer information on CRM
11. Provide regular forecast updates
Your qualifications:
12. Minimum 5 years required in business-to-business sales of chemicals, ingredients, additives or other raw materials preferably within Pharma & Food industries
13. Minimum Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, food science, engineering or similar technical background
14. Age 30-45
15. Proven work experience and a strong track record in Sales
16. Independent, autonomous, goal orientated and results focused individual with good negotiating and influencing skills
17. good organizational skills with a strong customer focused mindset
18. Cooperative team player, in order to support each other by sharing positive experiences, success stories, technical know-how and account knowledge.
19. (Swiss-) German mother language, good French and English are required combined with excellent communication skills
20. Confident user of MS Office and ERP systems
21. Valid driving license and willingness to travel (approx. 50%)
22. ability to work from mobile office
