If so, this position is for you!Your responsibilities:- Plan and conduct internal and external audits according to the X program by OFAC- Develop and maintain the internal and external audit process- Write audit questionnaires and develop the current compliant X reference framework- Ensure the conduct of audits, follow-up and propose improvements to the Safety & Compliance Manager in case of malfunctions or security measures- Evaluate regulatory compliance, adherence to internal procedures, and analyze discrepancies by identifying the root causes of non-conformities- Control the safety management process and ensure regulatory monitoring- Develop and update safety processes and procedures to facilitate the understanding of standards and ensure the updating of audit and monitoring dashboards to guide corrective actions- Define and monitor performance indicators (KPI) related to safety and produce periodic reports for management and safety authorities- Conduct inspections in the airside to ensure compliance with procedures and maintain a safety cultureYou have a university degree or equivalent in the aeronautical field, complemented by experience in auditing, and are proficient in French and English both orally and in writing. You have at least 5 years of experience in the aeronautical field as well as 3 years in conducting audits. You possess a very good knowledge of aeronautical standards and regulations, the aerodrome management process, as well as the Safety Management System (SMS) and the operation of an airport and its facilities.
