You represent Swatch Retail, act as an entrepreneur and are responsible for the entire organization and management of Retail.The scope of duties includes the following activities :Responsibility and control for the turnover, budget and sales indicators, including setting targets for each storeOptimisation and development of processes and structuresAnalysis and preparation of reports and statistics to monitor the development of the distribution networkHuman resourcesManagement, support and motivation of ~9 employees (direct reports)Assistance with the recruitment of management staffIntervention at the POS in case of problems with personnel (with HR and Retail Area Managers)Responsibility for the stock and inventory of the storesRegular Store Visits in the marketControl of marketing expenses, cooperation in the implementation / planning of marketing activities inside and outside the storesManagement and further development of the Retail Trainer and assistance in expanding and optimising the internal development programDistribution network expansion : all administrative and organizational work related to the renovation and opening of new Swatch Stores + Pop-Up Stores (including the preparation of business plans, budgeting, planning, etc.)Supervision and negotiation of contracts for the storesTogether with the Retail Development & Visual Merchandising team, supervise the projects related to this team (store renovations, VM Guidelines, etc)ProfileRequirements of the profile :You are a retail specialist with a higher business education and several years of experience in a similar management position in retail (preferably in the fashion / lifestyle sector).We are looking for a dynamic and innovative personality who can adapt quickly to various tasks and situations thanks to quick perception and high social competence.
