Job Summary Highland Health and Social Care Services is seeking support workers to deliver care for adults with learning disabilities, communication difficulties, personal care and complex needs.
Responsibilities
Deliver support 24/7 as part of the S.I.L.C service within housing support and outreach services.
Assist adults in maintaining their tenancies, health and active participation in the community.
Work collaboratively with a team or independently as required.
Undertake training to achieve SVQ Level 3 and all other service‑delivery training.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills and confidence in interacting with clients and team members.
Willingness and ability to undertake SVQ Level 3 training and any other required training.
Ability to register with the PVG Scheme and SSSC.
Capability to work flexible shift patterns, including evenings and weekends.
Employment Terms Both full‑time and part‑time positions are available with flexible shift patterns.
