Dental Assistant with Federal VET Diploma
You hold a Federal VET Diploma as a dental assistant or an equivalent qualification You have proven experience in a similar position You have a thorough knowledge of current hygiene and safety standards You enjoy contact with patients and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills You are dynamic, organised, meticulous and have a strong sense of responsibility You have an eye for detail and can manage several tasks simultaneously, even under pressure You are comfortable with IT tools and able to quickly adapt to specialised software

Ensure the opening and closing of the practice Prepare and sterilise all instruments, equipment and materials necessary for practitioners' interventions Welcome patients with kindness and professionalism, schedule appointments Create, update and monitor patients' medical records, including anamnesis Provide technical assistance to the practitioner(s) (instrument assistant, surgical assistant), anticipating their needs Accompany the practitioner during "off-site" activities (e.g. school dental check-ups) Carry out administrative and accounting tasks necessary for the smooth running of the practice (quotes, invoicing, payments, fee notes) Coordinate work with dental laboratories Manage stock of equipment and consumable products
