Your primary responsibility is to ensure the quality, safety, and compliance of electrical work, while advancing the teams you supervise.On a daily basis, you manage a team of approximately five people. You support them, help them evolve, and ensure the maintenance and development of their skills. You play a key role in regulatory compliance, particularly by ensuring the necessary conditions for inspections. Your scope covers both industrial facilities and transport machines and systems, which implies strong technical versatility and an ability to reason in varied environments.In parallel, you are fully involved in a production expansion project. As such, you contribute to technical reflections, the definition of needs, the implementation of new installations, and their integration into the existing environment.Your daily life is shared between the field and the office. You are present with your teams. You supervise, arbitrate, explain, and transmit. You ensure that interventions are carried out in compliance with safety rules, current standards, and quality requirements. You take the time to develop your employees' skills and structure a sustainable organization.You also intervene on more complex technical aspects: analyses, diagnostics, choice of solutions, and validation of installations. Your expertise allows you to secure decisions and be a technical reference.In connection with other company functions, you actively participate in ongoing and future projects, particularly those related to the extension of production capacities. You anticipate impacts, coordinate interventions, and support change.ProfileThis position is aimed at a professional holding a federal master's degree / diploma as a Master Electrician, with confirmed experience in Switzerland and ideally in an industrial environment.You have already supervised teams and you appreciate proximity management, oriented towards people development.
