Responsibilities
You have full responsibility for managing complex customer projects in the area of railway automation (CBTC, ATO, C-DAS, collision warning systems).
You ensure that the projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with the contract.
You are responsible for customer management and communication with partners, suppliers, authorities, and other stakeholders.
You lead and coordinate an interdisciplinary team from all departments along the value chain.
You represent the customer project internally through management reviews and motivate the project team sustainably.
You develop innovative solutions with the team to meet technical and non-technical customer requirements.

Manage complex railway automation projects (CBTC, ATO, C-DAS, collision warning systems).
Ensure project completion on time, within budget, and according to contract.
Handle customer management and communication with stakeholders.

Develop innovative solutions to meet customer requirements.
How You Will Contribute
Passion for realizing innovative railway automation projects.
Higher technical education (University, FH, or HF), preferably with additional training in business administration.
Several years of experience managing customer projects, ideally in signaling technologies or relevant railway industry experience.
Knowledge of current developments in railway automation technology.
Proficiency in German and English (C1 level).
Willingness to travel (
