What Can You Expect?
As a .NET Software Engineer you will augment a high‑profile team of business analysts, solution architects and developers working on a strategic project for Commercial Insurance International Programs. You will be contributing as a developer to globally used systems which are providing or are going to provide functionality for various capabilities throughout the commercial insurance process, including underwriting, pricing, issuance and servicing.
As a .NET Software Engineer you will have the opportunity to:
* Be responsible for developing high‑quality solutions required to meet business needs with a focus on web‑based applications.
* Work within a team together with internal and external vendors/suppliers from kickoff to roll‑out and closely cooperate with the business analyst, IT architects, Lead Software Engineers and the project manager.
* Have a deep understanding of business requirements, and how to best build the required application components.
* Ensure that Zurich IT security standards are adhered to within architectural design documents.
* Ensure solution‑related quality, performance, availability, scalability, integrity and compliance with overall enterprise principles, policies, and standards.
* Collaborate with the business analysts and other developers to work collectively towards an efficient solution.
* Work alongside experts in various technological domains.
* Enhance your skills with real‑world experience.
* Contribute to a team that values your input and creativity.
What Makes You a Great Fit?

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology with 3 or more years of experience.
* Proven track record.
* Knowledgeable in the current .NET stack.
* Knowledgeable in Angular.
* Collaborative and team‑focused mindset.
* Excellent analytical skills coupled with a conscientious and structured approach.
* Excellent English skills are a must, written and spoken.
