Responsible for managing day-to-day operational and administrative aspects of a business unit, leading cross-functional projects, and ensuring implementation of business unit strategy. This role may involve preparing key reports and presentations, coordinating events, governing business-specific processes as well as owning financial planning, cost control, and reporting for the business unit, ensuring efficient use of resources.
YOUR CHALLENGE
Manage and support regular business tasks and requests Lead, coordinate and/or support strategic initiatives and projects, coordinating and collaborating across teams and functions Prepare presentations, concepts and white papers for internal and external bodies Plan and execute internal events, meetings (e.g. offsites, town halls) and communication Conduct and/or coordinate quantitative and qualitative analyses as a decision basis for projects, performance reviews, scorecards process and/or ad hoc requests Conduct financial budget planning and effective cost controlling and reporting of business unit, team and/or projects Own and govern business unit specific processes
