Responsibilities
* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, in particular: SaaS, IaaS, cloud services, and AI-related agreements; Customer, partner, supplier, and investor agreements
* Advising internal stakeholders on legal risks and structuring solutions that support business objectives
* Supporting regulatory and compliance topics relevant to the tech and cloud environment (e.g. data protection, IT security, AI-related regulation)
* Supporting international expansion projects and cross-border legal questions
* Contributing to the continuous improvement of internal legal processes, templates, and playbooks
Requirements
* At least 3 years of professional legal experience, ideally in an in-house role or a law firm with a strong technology focus
* Prior experience in the SaaS, IaaS, cloud, or AI environment is an advantage
* Fully qualified lawyer, admitted to practice in Switzerland or another jurisdiction
* Fluent in English and German (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
* Solid understanding of commercial contract law and technology-driven business models
* Comfortable working in an international and fast-moving environment
* Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense for business priorities
