Position Summary
As the Talent Attraction Specialist, you will beresponsible for creating and executing engagement strategiesaligned with Nestle's global Talent Attraction Strategy, to attractthe best talents for Nestlé in Switzerland. In this role, you willcollaborate closely with the Talent Attraction Team Lead to developand implement content strategies for online and offline channelsand create an engaging candidate journey that showcases Nestle'sEmployer Brand, making every potential candidate feel valued andinspired to join our mission.
A Day in the Life of a Talent AttractionSpecialist
* Design, develop, andimplement talent attraction campaigns and initiatives that alignwith identified talent needs and global strategies to attract thebest talent
* Define initiatives to enhancecandidate engagement and experience throughout key touchpoints,reinforcing the Employer Brand and Employee ValueProposition.
* Lead the creation of engagingcontent (both visuals and copy) tailored for activation acrossmultiple key channels and platforms to support our TalentAcquisition efforts in Switzerland
* Incollaboration with the YOUth Recruitment Partner, develop andimplement event concepts for university activities to engage andattract students and graduates
* Manage andfacilitate the timely scheduling and activation of content acrosstargeted channels, ensuring all communications resonate with theintended audience (e.G., Content Calendars, landing pagesetc)
* Contribute to Talent Attraction Projectsaligned with the Talent AcquisitionRoadmap
* Track campaign performance and defineKPIs to measure impact
* Work closely with theTalent Attraction Team Lead and other stakeholders to ensurealignment and effectiveness of talent attractioninitiatives.
What willmake you successful
* Experience intalent attraction, employer branding, recruitment marketing,digital marketing and/or digitalcommunications
* Bachelor's degree in humanresources, (Digital ) Marketing, (Digital)Communications, GraphicDesign, or a related field.
* Proficiency insocial media and digital marketing tool including graphic designand video production skills
* First experiencewith tools such as Premier Pro, Adobe Creative Suite,Canva
* At ease with social media platforms,especially Instagram and LinkedIn, with a passion for positioningand generating new ideas
* Creative mindset withstrong skills in story telling and attention todetail
* Fluent in English, proficiency in Germanand French is a plus.
