As a Test Manager, you will operate in a context where your role will not consist of executing tests, but of structuring and strengthening the quality approach that we offer you. The consultant will mainly work on the design and development of test cases, and not on their execution (except for very limited ad-hoc cases). Design and structure detailed test cases for functional paths, determine the granularity of tests and validate them with stakeholders. Integrate test cases into Xray while respecting best practices, identify gaps and ambiguities in existing functional specifications. Collaborate closely with business teams, Product Owners, and developers. Propose continuous improvements for quality and test coverage. Ensure regular reporting on progress and write tests for the frontend and backend. We are looking for: First experience in a similar position, confirmed experience in writing and developing test cases, experience in front-end environments (web interface) and good mastery (or minimum X) of Xray, Jira, Confluence. Ability to work independently and make structuring decisions. Excellent analytical skills and a keen mindset. Experience in the banking sector: a recruitment process.
