Your Mission – Lead one of our Flagship Stations
In this role, you will
* Lead & Inspire – Manage, motivate, and develop a skilled team to deliver safe, efficient, and high‑quality maintenance services.
* Drive Operational Excellence – Oversee scheduled/unscheduled maintenance, defect rectifications, and ensure full regulatory compliance.
* Optimize Resources – Plan and allocate staff, equipment, and infrastructure for peak efficiency and cost‑effectiveness.
* Champion Safety & Quality – Foster a robust safety culture and uphold uncompromising quality standards.
* Deliver Measurable Results – Manage budgets, control costs, deliver on employer of choice targets and achieve operational KPIs.
* Innovate & Improve – Apply LEAN, Continuous Improvement (CI), and 5S methodologies to drive SQDCP performance gains.
What You Bring
* Proven track record in station management role or in a senior operational leadership role within aviation industry.
* Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams in an operational environment.
* Demonstrated experience in strengthening leadership capabilities across teams.
* Strong financial acumen and strategic planning skills
* In‑depth knowledge of safety, quality, and EASA Part‑145 regulations.
* Customer‑focused mindset with proactive, solution‑oriented problem‑solving.
* Excellent communication skills across all levels of stakeholders.
* English proficiency (C1). French is an advantage.
