The hotel is ideal for meetings and events with its newly renovated event facilities, including a grand historic ballroom.
About the job
Based at the Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich within the Culinary Department in Zurich, the Steward is responsible for the cleaning of dishes/kitchen equipment, removal of garbage/boxes, and any other cleaning or organizational activity that may come up including inside of coolers and kitchen area. The Steward reports to the Stewarding Supervisor and Chief Steward.

YOUR TASKS
As Steward, you will be responsible for the following duties:
* Cleaning and storage of cutlery, glass, crockery and porcelain, as well as cooking utensils
* Cleaning all kitchen equipment, appliances, floors and walls
* Correct handling and use of the various cleaning agents
* Proper use, care and cleaning of all equipment used
* All waste disposal in accordance with appropriate company guidelines
* Proper storage, maintenance and handling of equipment
