About Fuzion
Founded 10 years ago, Fuzion is a Swiss design studio specializing in watch creation and product development for premium and emerging brands. We push boundaries in aesthetics, function, and storytelling, always with an independent spirit and deep respect for traditional craft. From the first sketch to the final prototype, we help ideas come to life.
The Role
As (Junior) Product Designer, you’ll help shape products for our diverse portfolio of brands, from high-end mechanicals to more accessible pieces. One day you might be refining a dial detail, the next you’ll be coordinating with suppliers to solve a production puzzle. You’ll work alongside designers, engineers, and clients, acting as a creative force, a mediator, and sometimes the spark that gets everyone moving.
What You’ll Do
• Understand client goals and transform them into fresh, compelling watch designs
• Design and develop watch cases, dials, hands, bracelets, and complete concepts
• Create mood boards, sketches, and high-quality 2D and 3D renderings to communicate ideas clearly
• Prepare technical drawings, specs, and presentations
• Coordinate with suppliers and partners to keep development on track
• Keep your work well organized and your files in good shape
What You Bring
We care more about your ideas and attitude than your diplomas. But here’s what helps:
• A degree in industrial or product design, ideally with a focus on watches or accessories
• Some hands-on experience or an internship in product design (watches, jewelry, or lifestyle objects)
• Solid skills in design software like Adobe Creative Suite, Fusion 360, or similar
• 3D rendering skills (KeyShot) are a plus
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects
• A team player with good communication skills
• Professional proficiency in French and English. If your English is a bit rough, we’ll help you improve
