Your mission •\tProvide first-level support to end users on-site in Hinwil and at the race track •\tTroubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues •\tInstall, configure, and maintain IT workstations, peripherals, and mobile devices •\tManage rollouts and system migrations •\tEnsure compliance with IT Policies •\tDocument support cases in the ticketing system •\tProvide Onboarding IT Support •\tCollaborate with external companies to work on projects and resolve complex issues •\tContribute to the continuous improvement of support processes Your profile •\tCompleted degree (university or University of Applied Sciences) in the field of Computer Science or an apprenticeship as a computer scientist with corresponding further education •\tMinimum 5 years of professional IT experience in a highly technical, engineering- or R&D-centric environment •\tPractical experience in Audio Visual support, conferencing systems, or media technology •\tProject management education or IT project management skills •\tSolid knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, hardware and networking technologies •\tApple device experience is required •\tCloud, platform engineering and IT security experience would be beneficial •\tWillingness to travel at races •\tStrong customer orientation and communication skills •\tIndependent, structured, and solution-oriented working style •\tGood English skills (spoken and written), German is nice to have
