2. Coordinate key opinion leader (KOL) management and medical education efforts to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
3. Support financial processing and budgetary tasks, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.
4. Collaborate with the Digital Marketing lead to execute digital marketing campaigns, driving engagement and conversions.
5. Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for future improvements.
6. Contribute to creating high-quality marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, infographics, and presentations, that effectively communicate brand messages.
7. Coordinate and support marketing events, managing logistics, vendor relationships, and post-event follow-ups to ensure seamless execution.
8. Routinely update and manage marketing materials within the document control system, maintaining accuracy and consistency.
9. Handle external requests related to advertising and digital asset usage, upholding brand standards and guidelines.
10. Promote best practices and excellence among team members, setting the bar for quality and innovation in marketing assets and materials.
11. Provide day-to-day support to the marketing organization team as needed, occasionally assisting with marketing intelligence and benchmarking projects.
