We are currently looking for a Head of Compensation Benefits, who is responsible for defining and implementing the global compensation and benefits strategy. /ppThe role ensures competitive, fair and performance‑oriented reward programmes, oversees global governance, leads the annual compensation cycle and acts as key advisor to senior management, the Executive Board and the Remuneration Committee.
