Financial Controller
to join our Finance team. In this role, you will drive financial insight and operational excellence across key business functions. Acting as a business partner to central HQ departments, you will contribute to strategic decision-making, ensure financial compliance, and lead continuous improvement in financial planning and analysis. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are open to regular travel between

and

to engage with teams and stakeholders on-site.
Your contribution:
* You will be preparing budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses to support effective decision-making
* You will be tracking key financial metrics (P&L, EBIT, EBITDA, cash flow) and analyzing deviations from targets
* You will be preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and headquarters
* You will be identifying cost drivers, monitoring expenses, and proposing efficiency improvements
* You will be partnering with HQ functions to ensure alignment across functions
* You will be contributing to the definition and maintenance of the SAP CO core template, supporting local rollouts, and delivering training to finance teams
* You will be ensuring adherence to Swiss accounting standards (OR, Swiss GAAP FER) or IFRS, depending on the company's requirements
* You will be providing financial evaluation and controlling support for strategic projects, investments, and new business initiatives

* You hold a CPA qualification with strong expertise in accounting principles and best practices
* You bring around 5 years of experience in audit and international corporate finance
* You possess up-to-date knowledge of IFRS and show strong interest in ongoing global reporting developments
* You feel confident using Excel and databases for complex financial analysis
* You communicate fluently in English and feel comfortable working with global internal and external stakeholders
* You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a pragmatic and business-oriented approach
* You work independently while enjoying collaboration, showing a hands-on and improvement-driven mindset
* You are comfortable with regular travel between our sites in Zurich and Grenchen
