Responsibilities
1. Process responsibility for isolator-relevant functions
2. Lead and ensure general technical project coordination
3. Execute engineering tasks and take ownership of process responsibilities
4. Design, calculate, and define main components, including the main component list
5. Develop and define required system processes
6. Create project-specific specifications and design documents, such as P&IDs (Piping & Instrument Diagrams)
7. Actively participate in regular meetings with customers and partner companies
8. Prepare and, as needed, lead technical customer and partner meetings both in-house and externally around the world
9. Assess, monitor, and ensure compliance with budget, timeline, and quality for the project engineering scope
10. Confidently interact with suppliers, partners, and customers across SKAN’s entire business field
11. Implement customer and regulatory requirements (GMP – Good Manufacturing Practice; MRL – Machinery Directive / MVO – Machinery Ordinance)
12. Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 10%)
Hardskills
13. Knowledge in process and chemical engineering (ideally in isolator technology for the pharmaceutical industry)
14. Experience in project management (time planning, resource management)
15. Degree in process engineering, mechanical engineering, or a completed technical education as a technician (HLS – heating, ventilation, and sanitation)
16. Fluent in English and German (business level)

17. Solid communication skills both internally and externally (with customers and partners)
18. Ability to express yourself clearly and precisely in a technical environment
