Reporting to the Creative Perfume Manager you you are responsible to inject creativity and innovative ideas for perfume product development. You also manage existing and new products design from the initial idea to the final product.You collaborate with the marketing team in the definition of the creative vision for new products and ensure their overall coherence and alignment to brand values.You manage new fragrance products development, from the creative vision to the production (bottle shape, folding box, kits, promotional items…) and ensure 4 phases of project management, respecting timings and budgets, as followed: Creative phase :Define the creative framework and nurture the conceptual approach, develop moodboards and creative briefs and brief designers and suppliersProvide material for product presentations in the form of mock-ups, drawings and moodboardsAlso manage product packshots for packaging, briefing the photographer and overseeing shooting, retouching and photolithographyEvents : Plan and monitor the ordering, production and timely delivery of components and mock-ups for trade showsTake an active part in setting up and/or dismantling the Bulgari Perfume standResearch and inspiration : Supply the creative think tank and the materials libraryParticipate in major design and packaging trade shows and gather competitive intelligencePresent market trends and innovations to your colleagues in the marketing and development teams Your Background :Passionate about design and creation, you hold a university degree in Marketing or Design. You have at least 3 years’ experience in luxury product development, preferably for Italian brands. Some knowledge of fragrance industry would be appreciated. You have excellent project management skills with ability to plan, asses risks and opportunities, create & follow-up budgets, communicate with stakeholders, troubleshooting problems, and more.You also have good command of Illustrator, Photoshop and MS Office. You are fluent in French and English, Italian being an advantage.You have a strong creativity with great sensitivity to luxury and you are seeking for Excellence.
