For our Life Sciences Division – Pharma & Personal Care, we are looking for a committed Account Management professional to join us as soon as possible.
Your contribution at Ecolab:
1. Customer Management & Sales
2. Active support and consulting of our customers in the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries
3. Acquisition of new customers as well as professional support of existing clients
4. Conducting sales discussions through to contract closure
5. Building and maintaining sustainable customer relationships at all levels
6. Solution-Oriented Approach
7. Development and implementation of customer-specific solutions
8. Conducting presentations and customer training sessions
9. Identification and optimization of cleaning and disinfection processes Market & Data
10. Monitoring market and competitor activities
11. Maintaining and managing customer-related data and documentation
12. Using and further developing our databases throughout the sales process Collaboration
13. Close and proactive coordination with Corporate Manager, Distribution Manager, and Business Development Manager
Your Profile:
14. Scientific education or degree with an interest in pharmaceutical processes
15. Experience in manufacturing and in the sales of technical products
16. Technical understanding of production processes
17. Strong communication skills in French, German, and English – both written and spoken
18. Sales- and consulting-oriented mindset
19. Independent, structured, and team-oriented working style
20. Willingness to travel within the region
