PpAs part of our expansion in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a Sales Executive to support the growth of our solution Technis Energy Intelligence. /p pReporting to the Head of Sales Energy, you will play a key role in developing our presence in this strategic market. You will work on both existing opportunities and new business development. /p h3Your responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and manage a strong pipeline of sales opportunities /li liIdentify and engage key decision-makers (real estate owners, asset managers, property managers, large enterprises) /li liManage complex and long sales cycles (6–12 months) /li liSell solutions combining hardware (sensors) and software (SaaS platforms) /li liBuild strong value propositions around energy performance and ESG challenges /li liLead negotiations and close deals /li liCollaborate closely with internal teams (technical, project, operations) /li /ul pDuring your first months, you will focus mainly on existing leads before progressively developing new business through active prospecting. /p pLocation: Lausanne, Switzerland.br/Remote work possible with regular travel. /p h3Minimum qualifications /h3 ul liMinimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales /li liProven experience managing complex and long sales cycles /li liExperience selling solutions combining hardware and SaaS /li liComfortable engaging with C-level stakeholders /li liStrong hunter mindset with excellent closing skills /li liAbility to understand and explain complex technical solutions /li liAutonomous, structured and results-driven /li /ul h3Languages /h3 ul liFluent French (mandatory) /li liProfessional English (mandatory) /li liGerman is a plus /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
