Manager, A&R Mexican Music
At Warner Music Group, we are looking for a Manager of A&R for Mexican Music to identify and shape the future of our roster and catalogue. You will guide artists from the first demo to a fully realized launch, aligning creative visions with company goals.

Your Role
As the Manager of A&R for Mexican Music, you will be at the forefront of identifying and shaping the future of our roster and catalogue. You will have the opportunity to grow alongside our incredible artists, guiding their artistic journey from the very first demo to a fully realized launch.
Here You’ll Get To
- Search, negotiate, and sign promising new talents and content in the Mexican music scene.
- Accompany new artists in the creation of fresh content, including songwriting sessions, production, and video recordings.
- Generate, maintain, and strengthen relationships with industry creatives—producers, songwriters, engineers, and editors—to facilitate amazing creative output.
- Supervise the quality and relevance of the content delivered by our artists, ensuring it aligns with our marketing strategy.
- Proudly present new artists and their content to other areas across the company.
- Maintain a fluid and clear relationship with artist managers in the marketing department to ensure strategies are aligned.
About You
- 3 to 5 years of experience in A&R or similar roles within the music industry, specifically focused on Mexican music.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Deep understanding of the Mexican music landscape and passion for discovering new talent.
- Forward thinker who embraces a growth mindset, eager to learn and develop new skills.
- Enjoy working collaboratively to solve problems and drive successful project outcomes.
We’d Love It If You Also Had
- A bachelor’s degree in Music, Music Production, Sound Engineering, or Music Business.
