* Handle invoices and credit card expense submissions
* Oversee reception and welcome guests
* Manage kitchen and office supplies
* Organize business travel and internal office events
* Liaise with suppliers and service providers
* Maintain general office cleanliness and tidiness
Your Profile:
* Experience in office administration
* Confident handling invoices and travel coordination
* Friendly, service-oriented, hands-on attitude
* Fluent in German (min. B2) and English
