**Job Summary:**
* We are seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our team, providing technical assistance and infrastructure support across multiple locations.
As a member of our global Technical Support Team, you will play a key role in maintaining and troubleshooting IT systems, ensuring seamless operations. Your responsibilities will include:
* Global Responsibilities:
o Provide technical support to employees worldwide
o Assist with user onboarding/offboarding, including account creation and access management
o Manage and triage support tickets in Jira Service Desk, escalating issues when necessary
o Support employees in using office applications, collaboration tools, and internal software
o Maintain and update IT documentation, policies, and procedures
* Onsite Support Responsibilities:
o Provide onsite and remote support for laptops, software, hardware, and network infrastructure
o Manage IT inventory, including tracking hardware and software assets
o Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software purchases
Our ideal candidate will possess basic IT support skills, including troubleshooting software/hardware issues. A degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are also essential. Additionally, familiarity with Microsoft 365 Admin Center and experience using Jira Service Desk (Cloud) or similar IT ticketing systems are preferred.
